Who can claim?

Startups currently incubated at, or graduated from, the Ratan Tata Innovation Hub in Vijayawada, IIM Lucknow's Enterprise Incubation Centre or IIT Kanpur's AIIDE-CoE. One claim per startup.

How much is the credit?

We confirm the amount when we approve your claim — it depends on the cohort and the programme. Nothing is charged to you either way.

What do WhatsApp messages actually cost?

Meta charges per conversation and Intuty bills per message sent from your wallet, at the rates published on our pricing section. Your credit is spent at those same rates — nothing is marked up for startups.

Do I need a company or GST to start?

You need a WhatsApp Business account and a number you control. A registered business helps with Meta's verification, and GST is needed only for a GST invoice from us.

Is my data or my customers' data used for anything else?

No. We use it to run the service for you, and nothing else — see the Privacy Policy.
