Account details you give us (name, email, phone, business name), billing information, and the content you route through the platform — messages, contacts, catalogs and templates — solely to run the service for you.
Intuty runs on the official WhatsApp Business API. Message delivery involves Meta's infrastructure and is governed by Meta's terms and privacy policies alongside ours.
AI replies are generated using your approved business content (catalog, FAQs, brand guidelines). We do not use your private customer conversations to train public models.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest and stored on servers located in India. Access is restricted to authorised personnel under confidentiality obligations.
