Intuty provides WhatsApp Business API messaging, AI automation, team inbox, catalog, payments and analytics tools. Features may evolve; we'll keep improving without reducing what you've paid for mid-cycle.
Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Meta conversation charges are passed through at cost. Message credits and template rates are as shown in your dashboard at the time of use. Taxes as applicable.
AI replies are generated from your approved content. You remain responsible for reviewing automated flows and the commitments they make to your customers.
We target 99.5% monthly uptime excluding scheduled maintenance and factors outside our control (including Meta/WhatsApp outages). Support is available on WhatsApp and email.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
You may cancel anytime; access continues till the end of the billing period. You can export your data for 30 days after cancellation.
These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction.
