Last updated: 28 September 2026 · These terms govern your use of Intuty, a product of Voais AI Solution Pvt. Ltd.

1. The service

Intuty provides WhatsApp Business API messaging, AI automation, team inbox, catalog, payments and analytics tools. Features may evolve; we'll keep improving without reducing what you've paid for mid-cycle.

2. Your responsibilities

• Message only customers who have opted in, and honour opt-outs immediately.
• Comply with WhatsApp/Meta commerce and business policies and applicable law (including TRAI/DoT regulations and data protection law).
• No spam, misleading claims, prohibited goods or harassment. Violations can lead to suspension without refund.

3. Billing

Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. WhatsApp messages are charged from your prepaid wallet at the per-message rates shown in your dashboard at the time of use; those rates include Meta’s WhatsApp fee. Taxes as applicable. Cancellations and refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy; refunds are made on request, never automatically.

4. AI outputs

AI replies are generated from your approved content. You remain responsible for reviewing automated flows and the commitments they make to your customers.

5. Uptime & support

We target 99.5% monthly uptime excluding scheduled maintenance and factors outside our control (including Meta/WhatsApp outages). Support is available on WhatsApp and email.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

7. Termination

You may cancel anytime; access continues till the end of the billing period. You can export your data for 30 days after cancellation.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction.
